Becoming a business analyst is no easy task however. Most Business analyst start at entry level positions in the industry in which they want to work.

The types of business analyst certification course depends on what certification you are trying to obtain. For the most part the industry recognized the IIBA's two main business analyst certifications. They are the CCBA - certified business analyst or the CBAP - certified business analyst professional. These two certifications have different prerequisite you must meet before you can take the exam. Also, with any business analyst certification course there will be a cost. Cost is a factor when choosing a business analyst training course, you need to make sure that the course is worth that cost. Make sure the course is going to teach you the skills you are looking to learn, and how exactly they will be structured.


You can take other types of courses for business analyst certifications. Some industry professionals argue that the PMP certification is needed in some instances for a business analyst. Starting a new career can a scary thought. If you are about to start searching for a business analyst position, and do not have any experience, you can still put together a good resume. This will help show you how you can write a resume for a business analyst position when you have little or no experience:

#1.  Objectives.


Write out your objectives because they are very important to any position you are applying for. Be clear and use words that show you are serious about getting the job.

#2. talk about your education and skills.


Talk about graduating with a degree, but have no experience in your field it can still work. Be very clear on the education you have received and what you learned during school.You can site specific examples from classes you have taken and projects. Some  jobs demand that you have some sort of higher education and that might be enough to help you get your foot in the door.

#3. Mention experience from other jobs.


Sometimes organizations are willing to do on the job training if you are the right person for the job. Also,  A potential company can also tell a lot by just looking at your work experience and history.

#4. Say what you mean and tell the truth.


Don't  lie on your resume because if you do and an employer finds out about it, then you can get fired on the spot. You may not think so but some companies will take a chance with you and train you.
